- 60 ml (¼ cup ) mayonnaise
- 45 ml (3 tbsp. ) of vinegar
- 15 ml (1 tbsp. ) of mustard
- 1 liter ( 4 cups) raw broccoli
- 125 ml (½ cup ) sliced almonds, toasted
- 2 tablespoons olive oil "Oriviera Bio"
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- Salt and pepper
- In a large bowl, mix the mayonnaise, vinegar, olive oil and mustard. Salt and pepper.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Adjust the seasoning .
