Spinach salad with pamesan cheese


  • 200g spinach leaves
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 100 g fresh parmesan
  • 4 pineapple slices
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil "Oriviera Bio"
  • Salt and pepper


  • After choosing the most tender and bright spinach, remove stems and wash.
  • Prepare the sauce by mixing the salt, pepper, both olive oil and lemon juice.
  • Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, add the pineapple cut into small chunks, drained spinach leaves and Parmesan shavings.
  • Mix well and serve.
