Spinach salad with pamesan cheese
- 200g spinach leaves
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 100 g fresh parmesan
- 4 pineapple slices
- 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil "Oriviera Bio"
- Salt and pepper
- After choosing the most tender and bright spinach, remove stems and wash.
- Prepare the sauce by mixing the salt, pepper, both olive oil and lemon juice.
- Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, add the pineapple cut into small chunks, drained spinach leaves and Parmesan shavings.
- Mix well and serve.
