Onion pie

Ingredients

  • 2-3 pastry rolls
  • 3-4 large onions
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g of fresh cream
  • 50 g grated cheese
  • 3 tablespoon of olive oil "Oriviera Bio"

Preparation

  • Peel the onions finely. Melt them with olive oil 20 minutes over low heat in a saucepan. Add salt and pepper.
  • Preheat the oven thermostat 7.
  • Beat eggs, add cream, cheese, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  • Mix well and add the onions. Place them in the mold and pour the mixture over.
  • Bake 30 minutes.
