- 2-3 pastry rolls
- 3-4 large onions
- 2 eggs
- 200 g of fresh cream

- Peel the onions finely. Melt them with olive oil 20 minutes over low heat in a saucepan. Add salt and pepper.

- Beat eggs, add cream, cheese, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
