Roasted potatoes


  • 6 potatoes
  • 5 cl olive oil "Oriviera Bio"
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Basil


  • Preheat oven to 150°C.
  • Peel the potatoes. Cut them in half lengthwise.
  • With a knife, slit the potatoes on the flat side (so that the oil can penetrate the heart of the potato).
  • Place on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
  • Chop the garlic and sprinkle potatoes. Drizzle olive oil "Oriviera Bio" and sprinkle with chopped basil.
  • Bake for 35 minutes of cooking.
