- 6 potatoes
- 5 cl olive oil "Oriviera Bio"
- 1 garlic clove
- Preheat oven to 150°C.
- Peel the potatoes. Cut them in half lengthwise.
- With a knife, slit the potatoes on the flat side (so that the oil can penetrate the heart of the potato).
- Place on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
- Chop the garlic and sprinkle potatoes. Drizzle olive oil "Oriviera Bio" and sprinkle with chopped basil.
- Bake for 35 minutes of cooking.
