- 1 kg of potatoes
- 20 cl milk
- Sour cream
- Olive oil "Oriviera Bio"
- Peel and cut the potatoes into pieces.
- Put them to cook in plenty of salted water until a knife easily gets into the flesh.
- Then pass them through a food mill.
- Add the milk to dilute it to the desired consistency, cream for creaminess and a little grated nutmeg with some Olive oil "Oriviera Bio".
- Adjust seasoning and serve hot.
