Mashed potato


  • 1 kg of potatoes
  • 20 cl milk
  • Sour cream
  • Nutmeg
  • Olive oil "Oriviera Bio"


  • Peel and cut the potatoes into pieces.
  • Put them to cook in plenty of salted water until a knife easily gets into the flesh.
  • Then pass them through a food mill.
  • Add the milk to dilute it to the desired consistency, cream for creaminess and a little grated nutmeg with some Olive oil "Oriviera Bio".
  • Adjust seasoning and serve hot.
