Sundried tomatoes muffins

Ingredients

  • 200 gr flour
  • 1 packet of yeast
  • 4 eggs
  • 10 cl of olive oil "Oriviera Bio"
  • 5 cl dry white wine
  • 150g grated cheese
  • 1 jar of dried tomatoes "Sol Tomato"
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients in the order, drop dough into muffin tins and bake twenty minutes at 180°C.
