- 4 potatoes
- 4 slices of smoked beef ham
- Dried tomatoes "Sol Tomato Bio"
- Garlic (optional)
- Olive oil "Oriviera Bio"
- Parmesan cheese
- Cook the potatoes in the oven covered with an aluminium foil or steam them then cool.
- Cut the potatoes into pieces, add the finely chopped chives, salt and olive oil "Oriviera Bio".
- Cut dried tomatoes "Sol Tomato" (to make regular pieces)
- Finally make thin slices of smoked beef ham and add on top of the salad. Add the Parmesan cheese.
