Potato salad


  • 4 potatoes
  • 4 slices of smoked beef ham
  • Dried tomatoes "Sol Tomato Bio"
  • Chive
  • Garlic (optional)
  • Olive oil "Oriviera Bio"
  • Salt
  • Parmesan cheese


  • Cook the potatoes in the oven covered with an aluminium foil or steam them then cool.
  • Cut the potatoes into pieces, add the finely chopped chives, salt and olive oil "Oriviera Bio".
  • Cut dried tomatoes "Sol Tomato" (to make regular pieces)
  • Finally make thin slices of smoked beef ham and add on top of the salad. Add the Parmesan cheese.
