Chicken Pasta: Salad


  • 500gr pasta
  • 3 boneless chicken breast
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 2 pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 bunch of parsley
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 100gr gruyere cheese (grated)
  • 100gr olives
  • 2 garlic cloves (pressed)
  • Salt et pepper


  • Cut the chicken meat into pieces and sweat them in olive oil. Season it with salt and pepper. Cook the pasta and drain it. Let it cool.
  • Chop vegetables and the parsley. Place them into a bowl and mix them with the pasta and chicken pieces.
  • Season with olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Sprinkle the top with gruyere and olives.
